What the thirty minutes examines
Seven areas, in the order the paid engagement uses them
The free review walks the framework as a conversation. The paid Health Check measures each area with extracts, samples and logs.
- Data quality and the asset hierarchy
- Whether the register, hierarchy and failure coding are disciplined enough that later measurements mean anything. Order is fixed because this area decides what every later measurement is worth.
- Work-management discipline
- How work orders, planning and completion actually behave on the busiest screens at the busiest hour, rather than how the process is described.
- Integrations
- Interface error and retry behaviour, ownership of each end, and whether failures clear or accumulate.
- Performance, security and access
- Response-time samples, access and audit coverage, and whether privileged paths match the named people who use them.
- Operability, platform health and upgrade-readiness
- Cron and escalation overrun, backup and patch posture, and whether the estate as discussed can carry a MAS move, a mobile rollout or a regulator visit. Upgrade-readiness comes last because it can only be judged once the other areas are on the table.

A full findings register
The paid Health Check & Heal produces a triaged register, evidence appendix and remediation roadmap over ten to fifteen working days. The thirty-minute review surfaces the three findings that most deserve funding; it does not replace the register.
Read-only measurement of your estate
The free review is a structured conversation against the seven-area framework. Database extracts, interface logs and response-time samples belong to the paid engagement, where access is read-only for the whole window.
Remediation or configuration change
Nothing is changed on your estate during the call. Anything that would touch production configuration is named as a candidate finding, not executed.
A firm price for remediation
Cost bands follow measurement. The call gives you the shape of the work and whether a Health Check engagement is the right next step; a fixed remediation price follows the register.
