Company and practice

MaxIron was founded in 2022 by Robert Carew and Ivan Milic. The company specialises in IBM Maximo and IBM Maximo Application Suite for asset-intensive organisations. Its work covers implementation, MAS upgrades, managed cloud hosting, application support, integrations, data migration and operational improvement.

The six published anonymised engagements span maritime transport, airports, building materials, industrial services, gas distribution and oil and gas. Their scope and published durations are available as individual client briefs.

Leadership and accountability

Robert Carew, Chief Executive Officer, sets company direction and holds senior conversations about programme scope, value and risk. Ivan Milic, Chief Operating Officer, runs delivery and engineering.

Bill Hulbert, Head of Solutions, leads solution design. Milos Jakovljevic, Head of Architecture, owns the architecture of MaxIron Maximo and MAS deployments. Jonathan Heward, Head of Account Management, leads live-client relationships and service reviews. Mark Seymour, Head of Sales and Business Development, handles first conversations, proposals and contracts.

Career experience and company delivery

The leadership team’s earlier careers include IBM, Arcadis Gen, EAMS Group, Vetasi, BP, Transport for London, Heathrow, Gatwick and Harbour Energy. These records describe the individuals’ prior work. They are separate from MaxIron client engagements and from the company’s 2022 founding date.

Published team profiles set out responsibilities, previous positions, education and named certifications. Individuals proposed for an engagement are identified during evaluation. Named-person continuity and change notice can be agreed in the contract schedule.

Delivery commitments

Senior involvement connects solution design, technical decisions and programme governance. Configuration and integration inventories establish scope. Trial loads, rehearsals and acceptance records inform the decision to move into production.

Continuity carries delivery knowledge into hosting and support where those services are in scope. Data standards, runbooks, change records and knowledge transfer preserve the decisions needed to maintain the estate. Hosting may use MaxIron Cloud or the customer’s Azure, AWS or OCI subscription under agreed responsibilities.

Assurance and contact

The Trust Centre publishes the information-security and quality-management certifications, Cyber Essentials certificate link, IBM Partner Plus profile and G-Cloud 14 supplier listing, together with security responsibilities and the evidence request route. Contract-specific scope, data location, recovery objectives and support coverage are agreed for each service.

Contact office@maxiron.com for an initial discussion. Mark Seymour handles the first message and involves the appropriate technical lead. The registered office is 3rd Floor, 86–90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE. Security assurance requests go to security@maxiron.com.
